– Be fully responsible for all transactions made through your account.

You must not:

– Circumvent security measures or disrupt the platform.

4. Fees & Settlements
– Applicable fees will be communicated during onboarding or published on our official channels.
– Secure Pays reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.
– Settlement timelines depend on payment method, banking partners, and compliance checks.

5. Compliance & Legal Obligations
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
– Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations.
– Payment and financial reporting requirements mandated by authorities.

Secure Pays reserves the right to request additional documents to meet compliance obligations.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous access to our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend Services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
– Secure Pays shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
